Terms & Conditions

- Vouchers of $50 or $100 in value are valid for 1 year.

- Upon purchase, an email invoice will be sent to the purchaser. The email containing the gift voucher code may be sent to the purchaser, or sent to the recipient's email directly. If you wish to send the gift voucher directly to the recipient, kindly include their email at the checkout page.

- All vouchers will be issued with a unique redemption code which recipients have to use when redeeming with us.

- Voucher codes may be used at the checkout page of our online store, or redeemed when making a booking through us directly. If you are redeeming the gift voucher directly through us, kindly inform us that you posses a gift voucher so that we may adjust our service pricing accordingly.

- We can issue a physically printed gift voucher as well. Please give us 3-5 days to prepare the voucher. For physically printed vouchers, you may choose to self-collect or top up for a courier charge of $5.

- Upon redemption of the gift voucher, we will share our latest photography packages and their rates with the user. If you prefer to gift a full photoshoot package based on existing rates / promotion, please purchase a photoshoot service instead, and kindly indicate in checkout notes that this is a gift.

- Do Email or Whatsapp us if you wish to include a short personalised message for the gift voucher.

- Please note all payments made are non-refundable.
