Photography Studio Terms of Service
Welcome to Bloom, a photography studio dedicated to capturing your precious moments. Before using our services, please carefully read the following terms of service:
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the services.
2. Services Provided
Bloom offers professional photography services for various occasions including but not limited to family, maternity and babies photoshoots. We provide both in-studio and on-location photography sessions.
3. Booking and Payments
- To book a photography session, clients must contact Bloom Photography to discuss availability and pricing.
- A non-refundable deposit / payment may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance (if any) due before or on the day of the scheduled session.
- We accept payment via Paynow and Cash only.
4. Cancellations, Postponement and Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 3 days' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of a booked session. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- If client is late for more than 30min or there is no-show, or cancels the shoot with less than 4hrs notifications (unless its due to uncontrollable event such as weather for outdoor shoot), there will be a $50 surcharge for wasting photographer's or studio's timing.
- Bloom Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or equipment failure. In such cases, every effort will be made to accommodate the client’s schedule.
5. Usage Rights
- The client agrees that Bloom Photography retains the copyright to all images captured during the session.
- The client is granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the images for their own purposes, including printing, sharing on social media, and personal websites.
- Commercial use of the images requires prior written consent from Bloom Photography and may be subject to additional fees.
6. Image Delivery
- After the session, Bloom Photography will provide the client with a selection of edited images in digital format within 2-3 weeks.
- Bloom Photography reserves the right to select and edit the images at their discretion.
7. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the location, date, and time of the session.
- The client is responsible for the behaviour of all individuals participating in the session, including children and pets.
8. Liability
- While Bloom Photography takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the session.
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold Bloom Photography harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s use of the images.
9. Modifications to Terms
Bloom Photography reserves the right to modify or update these terms of service at any time without prior notice. The client’s continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
