Return and Refund Policy

At Bloom Photography, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality photography services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return or refund is necessary. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Digital Products
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital images are final and non-refundable once delivered to the client.
- If you encounter any issues with the quality of the digital images, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

2. Printed Products
- Printed products, such as photo prints and albums, are custom-made to order and cannot be returned for a refund unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- If you receive a defective or damaged printed product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

3. Cancellations
- For photography sessions that are cancelled by the client with sufficient notice as per our booking terms, a rescheduling of the photography session can be arranged. If the cancellation is not notified in advance, this will subject to deposit as forfeited.
- In the event that Bloom Photography cancels a photography session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or equipment failure, a rescheduling of the photography session will be arranged.

4. Refunds
- All payments / deposits made are strictly non-refundable. They may be exchangeable upon agreement by the company.
